Fitness classes are held in the Fellowship Hall and are taught by a certified instructor. Participants are encouraged to speak to a doctor before beginning a new exercise program.

Strength Training with Pilates/Yoga
Classes are held for eight weeks for a total of 24 classes. $65 for eight sessions, $115 for sixteen sessions, and $165 for twenty four session. Participants may come any of the three days during the eight week unit. Come try out one class for free to check it out!
