IMPACT ARTS

Join us for the IMPACT ARTS program at The Connection United Methodist Church, designed for students 4-8th Grade. Explore the realms of visual art, music, and electronic art under our expert guidance. Plus, enjoy a nourishing after-school snack! IMPACT ARTS meets every Wednesday from February 7-March 27, from 3:30 -5:30 pm. Best of all, it's free for students, but registration is required.

Over the last decade St. Louis, MO native Nick Savage has spread his musical talents throughout the world. Nick has shared the stage with performers such as, 2006 Tony award winner Beth Leavel, 2002 American Idol runner-up Justin Guarini, John Scofield, Joshua Redman, Lou Donaldson, Lonnie Smith, Jeff Coffin, Victor Goines, Joe Lavano, Stikyard, and more.

Nick received his Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Music in Jazz Performance from Webster University.

In the business world, Savage is the founder of LINC to Music, LLC. LINC (for short) is a business designed to provide music-based; education, production, and consultation for both students and professionals.  Learn more at http://www.nicksavagemusic.com/.

Staff & Volunteer Qualifications

Our staff are concerned about each child and strive to provide safe and fun experiences for all. We encourage children to participate, develop ideas, and most of all, have fun! All staff have criminal background checks and have participated in Safe Gatherings training.

IMPACT ARTS Funding

The Northeast District Mission Council of the United Methodist Church granted funding to IMPACT ARTS, which will exclusively support the IMPACT ARTS program with all its proceeds.

Join us in inspiring young artists! Volunteers needed for the IMPACT ARTS program at The Connection United Methodist Church. Help 4th-8th graders explore visual art, music, and electronic art.
