What is the Changeover Zone?
In a relay race, the baton is not passed at a single point—it is exchanged within a designated space called the changeover zone. That is where Salem finds itself today. Pastor Joy and I are serving alongside one another during this important season of ministry. We are sharing wisdom, building relationships and preparing for a strong transition in pastoral leadership in July, 2027. The goal is not simply to “hand off” leadership. It is to move forward together—faithfully, thoughtfully and without dropping the baton! There are exciting days ahead, Salem. Let’s keep running the race together!
