Dr. Scott Ragland (BA Asbury College '91, PhD Yale '01) is chair of the philosophy department at Saint Louis University. He has published books and articles on the philosophy of Rene Descartes as well as on topics in philosophy of religion, including the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy article on Hell.
