Open to incoming 6th grade students (entering 6th grade in the fall of 2025) through graduating high school senior (graduating in spring of 2025).

The UNITE 2025 Youth Conference is set to take place at Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO, with lodging provided in campus dormitories.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided. Please indicate any allergies on your registration form.

Details on drop off and pick up will be shared to parents and youth in June.

If the youth participant has any of the following please include the details on the registration form.

• Medical conditions OR mental health concerns
• Activity restrictions
• Medications they’ll need to take while they’re away from home
