Easter at Salem

You're invited to celebrate Easter! You won't want to miss the music, fun, and joy as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus at Salem this Easter! We can't wait to celebrate with you at one of our convenient worship times on Sunday, April 9.

Kids will have a blast at Kids Connect (K-6th grade) featuring special Easter activities designed for them. Nursery care is available for children age five and under. Kids Connect and nursery care is available during all services.

Celebrate Easter with music featuring the Chancel Choir and Salem Chamber Orchestra and a message of hope. Nursery care available.  Services will be held in the Sanctuary. *Livestream available at 11:00 am and on-demand.

Location: South-City Site
Come early at 10:15 am for a kid-friendly outdoor egg hunt and treats.  Worship features music by our band and an inspiring Easter message. Nursery care available*Livestream available at 11:00 am and on-demand.

Easter Hop | April 1, 9:00-11:00 am | Mid-County Site

Don’t miss the outdoor Easter Hop event! This family friendly event features an egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, craft, service project, tasty snacks, and a kid-friendly message about the hope we find in Jesus’ Resurrection. Cost is $10 per family. Register online today. Children are encouraged to bring hygiene items to donate to the service project (travel size: soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, shaving cream, razor,etc.). Good Friday Worship | April 7, 7:00 pm

Good Friday is the day in which our focus turns to the cross, the crucifixion, and death of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Join us for a service featuring prayer, scripture, and traditional music. All are invited. Nursery care will be available.

Lent Devotionals

Lent is the season in the Church year that leads up to Easter—Resurrection Sunday. We hope you will join us as we explore the life of Jesus through the eyes of Luke who sought to paint a compelling picture of Jesus that shows how He came especially to reach the outsiders, the outcasts, the marginalized, the broken, and all of the people who felt unseen or alone.

Easter Outreach

Salem is committed to feeding our neighbors physically and spiritually all year long and we will donate our entire Easter offering to fund nutrition and literacy programs in 2023. Your incredible generosity allows our church to share the love of Christ with so many in our world.


Is Easter worship available online?

Yes, we offer online worship for three of our Easter Services.  Each service will be live-streamed on our website and our YouTube channel and will be available on-demand.

Do you have activities for Kids?

Yes, kids will have a blast at Kids Connect on Easter Sunday!

Mid- County Site: Kids Connect will meet in theFellowship Hall for special activities designed for them. Nursery care will be available for infants through Pre-Kindergarten. South-City Site: Kids will enjoy an egg hunt at 10:15 am and yummy treats before our worship service. What should I wear?

If you’re most comfortable wearing your dressy Christmas outfits, that’s totally fine! Or come in a more casual outfit – you’re welcome here.

Where should I park?

Mid-County Site: Parking lot is available on-site.
South-City Site: Street parking is available.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow adequate time for parking and to find seating.

What time do services start and how long do they last?

Typically our Christmas Eve services last around an hour with the exception of our Family Service which is approximately 30 minutes.

Where is the nursery?

Mid-County – Nursery care is available for children infants through four years old.  To drop off your child(ren) please visit the Kids Connect check-in station located by the nursery in back of the church by the Multipurpose Room at our Mid-County Site.
